1. Data Collection & Privacy (Kebijakan Data)

Offline First & Local Storage: Urus Parkir is built with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.

• All timer data, active sessions, and preferences are stored entirely locally on your device using encrypted localStorage / Preferences.
• We do not require account creation, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the core parking alarm features.

2. Device Permissions (Akses Perangkat)

To function correctly and alert you exactly at the 50th minute, Urus Parkir requires the following permissions:

• Local Notifications (Alarm/Push): Required to schedule background alarms so you are notified even if the app is closed or your phone is locked. No notification data is sent to external servers.

3. Data Deletion (Penghapusan Data)

Because your data is strictly stored locally on your device, you have full control over data deletion:

• You can clear all active parking sessions directly by pressing the "Selesai" (Cancel) button within the app.
• Uninstalling the application or clearing the App Data via Android Settings will permanently wipe all associated local storage data unconditionally.

4. Terms of Use & Liability (Batasan Tanggung Jawab)

Urus Parkir provides best-effort timer estimations and relies on your device's native internal clock (OS-level alarms) to trigger notifications. We are not legally or financially liable for any excess parking charges incurred due to hardware delays, Notification suppression by battery-savers, or failure to physically exit the mall premises in time.

5. Monetization & Google Play Rules

Urus Parkir adheres strictly to Google Play Developer Policies. If advertisements or premium unlocks are introduced in the future, they will comply with the Google Play Billing structure. Subscriptions or digital goods will transparently state their nature. This app does not permit real-money gambling or unauthorized crypto-currency mining.
